1. I will represent your best interests to the best of my ability.
2. I will Negotiate with a Win-Win attitude.
3. Order final title work from Guardian Title or Gilpin Boulder Title.
4. Helpnegotiate with all inspection findings.
5. Meet or speak with the appraiser and get them any comparables to justify the sales price if needed.
6. Arrange for the closing time, date and location and Power of Attorney if needed.
7. Replace For Sale sing with Sold sign.
8. Abide by the Realtor's Code of Ethics and honor the Real Estate Consumers Bill of Rights.
9. Attend all of my closings! (Unless out of town)
10. I will be available during those post-closing days when the Sellers may be having questions and concerns.
11. I will be following up on the transaction after the Seller has moved on. This includes being on my mailing list and an occassional phone call just to see how they're doing.
