Hello! My name is Cynthia Williams, and I've created Bouldermountainrealestate.com as a Boulder Mountain real estate guide and resource for everyone who is interested in buying or selling a home in the mountains. This is also a resource for all Mountain or Boulder residents and those who love this area. I live in the mountains above Boulder and work in the Nederland and Boulder offices. There is nowhere quite like the Colorado Rockies! Please allow me to share my enthusiasm for this area with you!

Some things I like to do are exploring my own region and enjoy the sites in my own backyard. I've traveled all across the U.S. from, but the Colorado Mountains is where I choose to make my home.

Some of the things I like to do in my spare time are going skiing in the mountains near my house. Eldora Ski Area is only 10 miles from my Nederland office! (I may not answer the phone if we’ve just had a foot of snow!) This area is also known for its maze of cross-country trails too. There are also several well-known ski areas within 1 ½ to 2 hours away. Many people pride themselves with a morning of tennis or golf and then skiing in the afternoon! Now, how cool is that?

Anywhere around the Nederland area, you are only 30 minutes to Boulder and 30 more minutes to Denver. It is very feasible to live in the mountains yet work in & have all the amenities of the city close by.

I also like to camp and hike. Feel free to call me & I can tell you about some of my favorite spots. There are also old mining towns and other small tourist towns to explore. Or if you’d rather ride an ATV, mountain bike or horse, there are trails, galore. Much of this info can be found in the links for Nederland or Eldora.
